Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.1 To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment details.
4.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. kiss916 shall not be liable for losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player.
4.3 As part of our KYC obligations, kiss916 may request supporting documentation at any stage, including government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawals.
4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kiss916 will not be responsible for any losses, unauthorised wagers, or other consequences arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
4.5 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

5.1.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a payment source not registered to the Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface and may be updated periodically.
5.2.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered Account holder. kiss916 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2.2 All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of that process.
5.2.3 kiss916 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Platform's withdrawal section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals.
5.2.4 kiss916 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, or where unusual activity is detected on the Account, prior to authorising payment.
6.1 kiss916 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The standard wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them remain locked.
6.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.4 kiss916 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds not yet subject to an active wagering session may be removed from the Player's Account.
6.5 kiss916 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and any associated winnings where bonuses are obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative means, including but not limited to collusion, system exploitation, or the use of prohibited betting strategies.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. kiss916 does not accept requests to cancel, alter, or reverse confirmed Wagers under any circumstances, except where a technical error on the Platform's part is confirmed and documented.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that materially affects the outcome or recording of a Wager, kiss916 reserves the right to declare the affected Wager void and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
7.3 Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds for that Wager. kiss916 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market at any given time.
7.4 For live casino and electronic table games, the game rules of each individual title govern outcomes in conjunction with these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each title's interface.
7.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change without notice.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 kiss916 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kiss916 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, all associated funds, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, may be forfeited.
12.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding withdrawal conditions.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiss916 is incorporated.
